Her career spans every level of the automotive industry, from receptionist and technician to service manager, district leader, and owner. That lived experience — earned, not given — is the foundation of RTBM.

After building and successfully selling her automotive service operations, Robin shifted her focus from day-to-day repair to helping others build systems, develop discipline, and lead with intention. RTBM exists to support the transition from technician to owner — and from owner to leader.
