- Appointments: All services require appointments. A 20-minute grace period is allowed for tardiness. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you may need to reschedule for another day.
- No Call/No Show Policy: If you fail to notify us of your inability to attend three times, you will be ineligible for future car servicing at Rob The Blonde Mechanic.
Mobile Appointments:
- Deposit: A $50 deposit is required for mobile appointments, which will be deducted from the total service cost.
- Timeliness: You must be onsite with the vehicle and keys available within 20 minutes of the technician's arrival announcement. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the appointment.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 hours' notice: Full refund of deposit.
- Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund; deposit can be applied to another appointment within 10 days.
Parts Deposits:
- Requirement: Parts deposits are mandatory for mobile appointments and in-store special order parts or parts exceeding $500.
- Non-refundable Items: Special ordered and electrical parts are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned parts.
- Authorization: Parts are ordered upon authorization. If a repair requiring a part is authorized without a deposit, a 20% restocking fee still applies.
