RTBM Coaching is application-based and direct — built for technicians, managers, and aspiring shop owners who are ready to operate with intention. This is where you learn how to think, decide, and move before pressure makes those choices for you.
The work focuses on the areas most people are never prepared for: communication, decision-making, numbers, pricing, systems, and responsibility. Not theory. Not corporate language. Practical execution shaped by building — and selling — a seven-figure automotive operation.
Sessions are rooted in shop realities. We address how to manage people without burning out, delegate without losing control, price with confidence, and understand your numbers without avoidance. The goal is simple: build a business that runs on structure instead of stress.
Whether you’re preparing to take the next step or trying to regain control of an operation that’s grown beyond you, this work meets you where you are — and holds you accountable to where you said you want to go. If you’re ready to stop surviving the day and start running the business, this is where the shift happens.
Coaching is designed for those ready to carry real responsibility.
If you’re earlier in your career and still building credibility and consistency, Foundations is where that work begins.
Foundations is a four-week mentorship for individuals with less than two years of experience in the automotive industry — including students, apprentices, and early-career technicians.
The program focuses on the parts of the industry most people never explain: shop expectations, professionalism, communication, work habits, and how credibility is built early — before mistakes quietly limit your options.
Foundations is not technical training and it is not ownership coaching. It’s guidance on how to show up consistently, earn trust, and understand how shops actually function. Through weekly live group sessions, participants learn what separates respected professionals from overlooked ones, and how to avoid common missteps that stall progress before a career ever gets traction.
If you’re new to the industry — or seriously considering entering it — and want a clear, honest understanding of what the work and environment require, this is where you begin.
