User Accounts

To use most services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current personal and vehicle information, including a valid payment method. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must protect your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. 

Scheduling a Job

To schedule a service appointment ("Job"), you must provide the service needed, the vehicle’s location, and a preferred time. You are responsible for ensuring that the location is accessible and safe for the technician. Once a Job is scheduled, we may provide a price estimate and technician details. Any updates, cancellations, or reschedules must be made via phone 470-276-6604 or online. Rescheduling may result in additional fees.

Service Requirements & Disclaimers:

  • Treat technicians with respect and provide a safe, cooperative environment. 
  • Technician availability varies and is not guaranteed. 
  • Older components (e.g., engine or cooling system parts) may fail during service due to wear and age; RTBM is not liable for such incidents. If additional parts are required, a revised estimate will be provided. 
  • To retain replaced parts, notify us in advance. Core fees or disposal charges may apply.

Communications

 By using our services, you consent to receiving communications from us via email, SMS, and phone—including promotional messages. You may opt out of text messages by replying "STOP". We may use call masking to protect privacy. 

Promotional Codes

 Promo codes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified or revoked at any time. Misuse or violation of promo code terms may result in loss of benefits or account suspension. 

User Content

Any content you submit (e.g., feedback, reviews) remains your property, but you grant Rob the Blonde Mechanic a global, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, and distribute it. Submissions must not be offensive, illegal, or infringe on others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion. 

Network Access & Devices

You are responsible for securing your own internet access, hardware, and software to use the MARSS platform. We are not liable for technical issues arising from third-party service providers or device malfunctions. 

Payment Terms

By using our services, you agree to pay for all applicable vehicle services (“Charges”), including taxes. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all services scheduled or rendered.

  • Charges are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined. 
  • You may not offer direct payment to technicians. 
  • We act as the technician's limited payment collection agent. Payment to us is considered payment to the technician. 
  • Charges are due immediately upon completion of services. 
  • If your primary payment method is declined, we may use an alternate payment method on file. 
  • If service needs change, you authorize updated Charges. 

Diagnosis Fee: If you decline a recommended repair after diagnosis or schedule a repair without a prior diagnosis and the service is not feasible, you may be charged for one hour of labor.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

By You: 

  • No fee if canceled/rescheduled more than 48 hours before the Job. 
  • $100 fee if canceled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. 
  • If scheduled within 12 hours, you have 3 hours to cancel/reschedule without penalty.

By Technicians:
We strive to reassign or reschedule canceled jobs but cannot guarantee availability. Technicians may refuse Jobs at their discretion. If a technician cannot complete the Job due to incorrect info, unsafe location, or vehicle access issues, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.

Diagnosis and Inspection Policy

  •  RTBM does not perform state inspections or SMOG tests. 
  • Diagnostics are based on experience and may require multiple visits. 
  • Additional issues discovered after initial diagnosis may require new estimates. 
  • Only completed repairs are covered under our Limited Warranty—not diagnoses or unrelated issues.

Subscription Terms

  • Subscription benefits activate 45 days after purchase. 
  • Unused benefits expire annually and do not roll over. 
  • You may cancel within the first 30 days for a full refund. 
  • Subscriptions are non-cancelable after 30 days and are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. 
  • Subscriptions may be transferred if benefits remain.

Force Majeure

Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control—including natural disasters, government actions, or service outages—will not be considered breaches of this Agreement. 

Weather-Related Cancellations

 To ensure safety, appointments may be canceled or rescheduled due to:

  • Severe weather (thunderstorms, snow, hurricanes, etc.) 
  • Unsafe conditions like heavy rain or extreme heat/cold
    We’ll notify you as early as possible if weather impacts your appointment. 

Termination of Service

By RTBM:
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause. You may not create a new account after termination without our permission. Upon termination, all data may be deleted.

By You:
You may terminate your account if there are no pending Jobs. If services remain active, termination will be delayed until completion or cancellation.

Prohibited Actions-Termination

As a condition for your access to the Service, you agree not to make any separate payment or other payment arrangements with the mechanic who performs the job. RTBM reserves the right to terminate your account for any failure by you to comply with the foregoing or any other terms of this Agreement. 

The Service is not available to anyone under 18 years of age, and you represent that you are at least 18 years old when you submit a Job Request.
