RTBM works with youth and teens to build identity, discipline, and direction — the foundations every young person needs to navigate life with confidence. Through honest conversations, real‑world lessons, and hands‑on learning, Robin teaches young people how to think for themselves, make strong decisions, and move with intention. 

And because real‑world confidence comes from real‑world skills, RTBM also teaches practical car care — helping young people understand safety, responsibility, and the basics of vehicle ownership. From what’s under the hood to how to stay safe on the road, students learn skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives. 

Robin shares her personal journey with young people showing them that their circumstances don’t define their future. She teaches them how school is more than grades; it’s practice for real life. Time management, discipline, communication, decision‑making — these are the skills that shape their future, and Robin breaks them down in a way young people actually understand.

After the lecture, youth get to learn by doing. Robin’s car care workshops give youth a chance to get hands‑on, build confidence, and understand the basics of vehicle ownership. These sessions are fun, interactive, and designed to help young people feel capable and prepared.

For younger children, Robin leads career day sessions that introduce them to the automotive industry, entrepreneurship, and what it means to build something from the ground up. She shows kids what’s possible — not just by telling them, but by letting them see it.
